Start Fresh is a privately run business specialising in the preparation and processing of quality fresh produce.

All processed vegetables and fruits are brought and prepared to customer specifications, and supported by new product development and quality assurance. Start Fresh have their own fleet of chilled transport delivering to catering outlets, universities, ready meal, salad and sandwich retailers across the UK.

The Nottingham site is accredited to the BRC standard, and can also offer an additional service for the supply of organic products as approved by the Organic Farmers and Growers.
